NOC Engineer/Data Base Management
Job Accountabilities
- Responsible for database support, maintenance and security management.
- Assist with the development of backup policy and procedures as well as disaster recovery documentation.
- Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are performed in accordance with all company, FAA, and customer airline rules, regulations, directives, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with customer airline personnel.
- Development and support for custom reporting as required by the customer.
Minimum Education
- High School diploma.
- CCNA
Minimum Experience
- 3-5 year technical experience as a NOC/Support Engineer.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of routing, switching and load balancing.
- Expert knowledge in data base management and support – MYSQL and SQL
Job Summary
- Provide support to Network Operations and Product Support personnel to ensure that the Row 44 network is operational at 99% availability in this cross-functional role. Manage all internal data base servers and providing the ability to manipulate data for customized reporting needs of the customer.

Air Technician, Product Support
Job Accountabilities
- Responsible for training airline technicians for maintenance and repair of the Row 44 System installed onboard customer airline aircraft.
- Assist with the development of repair documentation.
- Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are performed in accordance with all company, FAA, and customer airline rules, regulations, directives, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with customer airline personnel.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and maintenance reporting.
- Extensive travel required.
Minimum Education
- High School diploma.
- A & P Certified.
- FCC license preferred.
Minimum Experience
- 1-2 year technical experience as a field technician in avionics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of FARs.
Job Summary
- Training of airline technicians on the maintenance of the Row 44 system so as to ensure system operation for continuous revenue flow while complying with all company, FAA, airline, and local airport directives, policies, procedures, and regulations.

Coordinator – End User Support
Job Accountabilities
- Provide technical help desk support, troubleshooting and problem resolution to customers accessing the Row 44 data network with their personal PC devices. Identify problems and resolve questions with applications, computers, Internet and operating system and technology related issues.
- Provide telephone and electronic support to airlines and end-customers using the Row 44 network.
- Analyze and respond to customer inquiries and complaints as they relate to usage difficulties, technical system problems and marketing programs. Make appropriate adjustment in accordance to policy and procedure of the specific account or program.
- Document accurately customer provided feedback, problem statements, events, and diagnostic steps. Interface with Network Operations personnel to identify resolutions.
- Receive, process and forward system discrepancies and out of service aircraft information from customers to the Network Operations Center.
Minimum Education required
- Minimum of two-year Associates Degree in a technical discipline (computer or telecommunication related field preferred)
- Windows A+ Certification desired.
Minimum Experience required
- Minimum 3 years resolving and coordinating resolution for computer related problems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communications, telephone etiquette and customer follow-up.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows-based PC software and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively via documentation, telephone, and e-mail with customers and peers in varying roles.
